Extremely helpful and caring staff, had really nice stay!!!
The hotel was perfect and immaculately clean, had beautiful views over the lake. Our deluxe king room had an iron and ironing board, tea/coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Nice location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Went to Halles de L'ile for drink or two, set within walking distance of the property.

Perfect for a getaway!
The river view room was spacious and cozy with quality bedding. Room service was quick and the food was fantastic, especially the breakfast options. The staff were super friendly, especially at check-in. Just wish the hotel had updated some electronic features in the room. Still, an amazing experience overall!

the lounge facilities are pretty and comfortable
the hotel is overrated. although the lounge faciltities are 2 year old the rest of the hotel needs renovation. Some rooms are already renovated but many rooms are old and worn out. We got an old room but after some discussion we got a new and renovated room. The renovation plan of the rooms is remarble. They decided not the renovate the whole room but left some elements as they were. For example the marble in the bathroom which was pretty outdated. The corridors were old and really worn out. The SPA is extremely small and also old fashioned. We understood the the hotel will undergo a big renovation towards the end of the year. But for now we really cannot recommend this hotel. The staff is really friendly but that is part of a 5* hotel

Very comfortable, luxurious. Expensive but everything is expensive in Geneva! When we arrived, there had been a mishap with our booking and there were no more rooms left (in our price range) but they politely upgraded us which was wonderful!!

The USDA prime-aged steaks were nothing short of legendary, melting in your mouth with every bite. Add to that the standout Sachi restaurant, which served up dishes that had me swooning. To top it off, the staff were proactive and knew how to cater to us like rock stars!
The rooms felt a smidge small, and let me tell you, paper-thin walls meant I got an earful of the neighbors' shenanigans.
